Store Policies

> RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Due to the nature of this product, for hygenic reasons we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisified with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days and I will do my best to correct what the issue may be. Remember that I am a small business and it costs me a lot of money, time and dedication beyond my regular, full time job to make, market , record inventory & expenses and package & ship each product. Thank you for understanding!

> INCORRECT, MISSING or DAMAGED PRODUCT: Please contact me before filing a CC dispute or submitting a negative review. Sometimes mistakes are made or overlooked. I am a one woman show who also works full time with teens of my own who participate in multiple sports. I will not know if there is a problem, if I am not told. Please give me the chance to correct any issues there may be. 

> ALLERGIES/MEDICAL CONDITIONS: I do not make any medical claims. Please read all ingredients prior to purchasing. I cannot guarantee that you will not be allergic to any of my products. Once product(s) arrive, please do a patch test on your skin. All products are cosmetic grade and for external use only. I would not make or sell any products that I would not use on myself or children.

> SHIPPING: Orders of in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business day. If there is a shipping delay, I will notify you directly via the email you provided. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the U.S. Territories, there will be an additional $20 charge to cover the costs of S+H. I currently DO NOT ship internationally. Sometimes packages arrive damaged,  get lost or theft occurs. If this happens please file a claim with your local post office. If you would like me to file a claim for you, please reach out. Once the package leaves my possession and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to get the package to you in a safe, timely manner.

> SPECIAL ORDERS, LARGE ORDERS and CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS: Please contact me directly with any questions or requests that you may have. Special orders will consist of you purchasing the full soap loaf or requested amount of product(s) to be made. Requests will be reviewed and quotes sent within 3-5 business days of me receiving them. I am not made of magic and some things are out of my realm or comfort zone. I will do my best to accomodate special requests, but I hold the right to refuse any custom requests. **Be aware that cold process soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure after being made before I ship it out to you.**  Please take this into account when requesting a special order. I am a small business and do not keep a large pre-made inventory in stock. What is on my website is what I currently have in stock for sale to  immediately purchase.
